A few practical details can help you decide what to request and what to expect.
When should I arrange video for a deposition?
As soon as you know the proceeding date. Early notice gives everyone time to confirm the location or remote platform, participants, equipment needs, and delivery expectations.
Can you record a deposition with remote participants?
Yes. ARG Legal Video can support Zoom and hybrid proceedings involving both remote and in-person participants. Share the format and participant locations when you request availability.
What is picture-in-picture?
Picture-in-picture combines the witness and the displayed exhibit in one presentation, so viewers can follow the testimony and document at the same time.
Can you prepare clips from video we already have?
Yes. Trial-ready clip preparation can use existing deposition video. Let us know what source files and designations you have, and how the clips will be played.
Do you provide the deposition transcript?
ARG Legal Video provides video services. Transcript ordering and certification are handled by the court reporter or reporting firm; video can be synchronized with a certified transcript when available.
